DYNA HITECH POWER SYSTEMS LTD. warrants each instrument or equipment to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship. This obligation is limited to any DYNA Instrument / Equipment or part returned to the company for that
purpose and making good any parts there of which shall be, within warranty period, returned to the company under a
written intimation, and which to the Company's satisfaction to be found defective. The Company reserves the right to
decide as to whether the repair work should be carried out in the Company's factory / service center, or at site, or
at any other place. The freight incurred for to and form dispatch of the defective material will have to be borne by
the purchaser, and the transit risk for such material will rest with the purchaser.
The Warranty will last for a period of 12 months from the date of initial delivery / dispatch of instrument or
equipment from the factory; except for expandable item like, fuse etc. for which the warranty, will last for a period
of 3 months from the date of delivery / dispatch or 1000 working hours, whichever is less. The Warranty is applicable
only if the Instrument / Equipment is used within its specifications. The warranty for the replaced components will
lapse along with that of the main Instrument.
The company reserves the right to make changes in design and specifications without notice and without any
obligations to make such changes on units previously sold.
Unless superseded, or specified otherwise in contractual form, this Warranty is made expressly in lieu of other
liabilities and obligations on the part of the company.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in contractual form, the title of the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery to him
or to his Representative at the Company's factory, or upon delivery to the transport carrier, as the case
may be.
In the event of an equipment requiring service at the Company's Premises / Service Center, Regional Service Centers,
the following procedure should be adopted.
- The Equipment should be carefully packed, preferably in it's original packing and insured.
- The Company should be informed of the means of transport, the name of the carrier, and the date of dispatch along
with any dispatch note numbers.
- The Company's INVOICE /BILL No. and CENTRAL EXCISE GATE PASS No. under which the goods were originally despatched
should be mentioned in Customer's challan / forwarding letter.
